Inside Dhaka City in 1–2 days (৳80). Everywhere else in 2–3 days (৳130).
Cash on Delivery
Pay for your products when the parcel arrives. Only the delivery charge is paid in advance by bKash.

Orders of ৳3,599 or more get a free gift.

The delivery charge is ৳80 inside Dhaka City and ৳130 everywhere else, including other areas of Dhaka District. At checkout, choose Dhaka City if your address is inside the city. Please pay the delivery charge in advance by bKash to confirm your order; you pay for the products themselves in cash on delivery.
Why advance? If a parcel is refused or cannot be received, the courier still charges us for the trip. The advance delivery charge covers this, so we can keep product prices fair for everyone. Message us on WhatsApp for bKash payment details.

- We pack your order carefully so it reaches you safely.
- Pay the delivery charge in advance by bKash to confirm your order.
- The courier delivers it to your door through our courier partners.
- Pay on delivery for your products in cash when your parcel arrives.
Track your order
Enter your order ID and billing email on the Order Tracking page. If you ordered without an email address, send your order ID to us on WhatsApp.
Wrong, damaged or expired item?
Tell us within 3 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Delivery questions
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes. We deliver to all districts in Bangladesh, usually in 2–3 days. The delivery charge outside Dhaka is ৳130.
Can I change my delivery address?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible, before the parcel is handed to the courier.
Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
Yes. You can pay for products in cash on delivery anywhere in Bangladesh. The delivery charge is paid in advance by bKash.
Why do I need to pay the delivery charge in advance?
If an order is refused or not received, the courier still charges for the delivery. Paying the delivery charge in advance by bKash confirms your order and covers this cost.
ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি পেতে কতদিন লাগে?
ঢাকা সিটির ভেতরে ১–২ দিন (ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৮০ টাকা) এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ২–৩ দিন (১৩০ টাকা)। সারা দেশে প্রোডাক্টের দাম ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারিতে, শুধু ডেলিভারি চার্জ বিকাশে অগ্রিম দিতে হবে।
